Besides the obvious, short term costs savings what is the big picture impact to the economy when labor costs drop due to outsourcing domestic jobs? Do the ends justify the means? Any studies done to support the move to Outsourcing?

How can I get a good freelance programming job like the west outsourcing to India? I am not Indian neither live in india, I am Thai and live in Thailand. Although I have so many experience in programming but I found it’s so hard to get an oversee freelance programming job like I said. I have post and upload my resume to yahoo hot job. And try to bid on other freelance job bidding site. But it’s likely to fail, I get no jobs at all. How can I do?

I am a college student that hasn’t declared a major yet. I am interested in working in the computer field however I don’t want to go into something that will be shipped to India within a few years. I’ve heard that there are still some jobs in computers that are hard or impossible to outsource. Is there any jobs that involve computers but are more secure to outsourcing?

What goes around, comes around? When third world countries develop middle classes, they will be importing more American products -so does everyone win with outsourcing? . Or should we fight to keep as many jobs in the US as possible? And, why?

In my previous question I was suggested to look for supervisor's job in BPO firms or take up outsourcing assignments. My question is:
1) What are the infrastructure necessary for starting outsourcing works from home?
2) Is it possible to do on my own or do I need to employ extra personeel?
3) What are the jobs available for taking outsourcing works and from where can I source them?

Please guide me in this regard.
